作为旗下酒店预订的当事人，以及作为代表酒店业主经营酒店的代理人，本酒店签署了该协议。预订确认信中将明确注明酒店业主的身份。 

这些条款和条件适用下列定义: 

1. 定义

"公司" 或 "我们" 是指Hilltop Capital Pte Ltd（注册号：UEN201629293E），其注册办事处位于新加坡北运河道13号＃03-01，新加坡048826，或其集团公司。 

"预订" 是指与我们预订客房，功能室和/或其他服务或物品。 

"合同" 是指预订及相关条款，以及适用于预订的任何其他条款和条件。 

"酒店" 是指您预订的场所。 

"条款" 是指这些条款和条件。 "网站" 是指 www.solohahotels.com 或各个时期我们拥有或经营的与酒店有关的任意其他网站。 

"服务费" 为标准服务小费。"商品及服务税" 是指政府收取的商品和服务税（消费税）。 

2. 预订

酒店的所有预订均受这些条款的约束。 

在预订或办理入住时，我们将获取您的信用卡/借记卡详细信息，并且您授权使用此卡支付对我们的欠款。在某些情况下，或者当预订包含提供某些物品或服务时，我们有权要求在预订时预先扣留全额费用或要求支付押金。 除非如本段所述，提供信息和/或提前扣款/押金，否则不能视为预定已被确认。 

3. 收费

网站上显示的价格是每人每晚的平均费用。请注意，只有在规定情况下，膳食、服务或服务费（按现行汇率计算）才包含在内。在特别说明的情况下，某些价格可能包含最低住宿时间，押金，取消费用和其他条件。 

在网上选定房价后，您选定住宿的总金额将显示在预订摘要中。价格应以酒店所在地的当地货币收取，且货币换算工具仅作为参考，欲知更多详细信息，请参阅汇率免责声明。 

显示的服务费用明细仅用于说明目的，基于当前服务费比率以及对相关商品或服务的预期服务费金额。服务费适用现行税率，在出具发票或预订确认书时的缴税时点支付，并可能根据实际税率和当日购买商品或服务时的具体服务费处理方式而变动。 您可在本酒店的相关位置看到价目表，包括餐厅堂食，客房服务等，您也可直接向我们索要相关价目表。 

4. 入住/退房要求 

为安全起见和防止欺诈，在办理入住手续时，我们可能会要求住客提供其预订证明资料；护照/身份证/驾照以及有效的信用卡或借记卡，并在持卡人在场的情况下刷卡，以确认其身份。 

如果住客来自新加坡以外的其他国家和地区，我们有法律义务要求住客提供护照/身份证号码及签发地点以及下一个目的地。这些记录将保存至少12个月，且在警务人员要求或，或法律规定范围内为预防或调查犯罪而被要求，这些资料将被披露或提交检查，以履行法律义务。16岁以上的团体成员均可能被要求提供上述信息，并且我们保留拒绝无法提供上述信息的人员入住的权利。 

Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 3:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 11:59 PM on the scheduled day of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly with the Hotel. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival. 

On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.

5. 付款 

我们接受以下付款方式：信用卡：万事达卡/ Diners International（大来国际卡），Diners Club（大来卡），JCB国际信用卡，维萨卡； 借记卡– 维萨 Delta卡和维萨Electron卡。 

对于预付购买，抵达时您必须出示预订时使用的银行卡以及相应的身份证明文件。在办理入住手续时，我们将使用您的信用卡/借记卡对住宿期间的住宿费（房费，服务费和消费税）以及预计杂费刷预授权。我们还可选择通过其他有效的付款方式（包括现金或支票）代替押金卡对押金刷预授权。 

在您入住期间，酒店系统会每天计算您入住客房产生的杂费。 如果这些杂费超过了登记入住时的授权金额，则将自动发出新的授权请求，若授权未被通过，我们可能会要求用其他付款方式或要求提供保证金，否则，我们保留限制您进入客房的权利。 

从酒店退房时，所有待付费用必须全额清缴。若待支付费用不超过办理入住手续时的授权额度，未使用授权额度将被解冻，但是，我们无法控制您的银行处理资金返还的时间。 

若您在酒店住宿多晚，我们可能会要求您在住宿期间分次支付待偿还费用。 

6. 取消政策和住客未按照预订日期入住（No Shows） 

取消政策根据预订的价格而有所不同。请参考每次预订时的价格说明。 

预订完成后，您可以在到达日期前48个小时（当地时间）之前在线修改/取消，而无需支付取消费用。 如果您希望提前全额付款，请联系我们的预订工作人员，讨论您的具体情况。

如果住客未按预定日期入住，或在抵达日期前48小时以内（当地时间）取消预订，酒店将一律收取一晚的房费。本政策不适用于含“不可退款”条款的特定优惠或客房套餐。 

对于含“预付款优惠/预购/早鸟优惠”的房价-我们要求在预订时提前全额支付全部房费，该笔费用不予退款且预订不可更改。 预付款将从预订时提供的信用卡/借记卡中扣除。 取消或未按照预定日期入住将导致该预付款被直接收取。 

7. 公司有权变更或取消

及其特殊的情况下，我们可能需要取消您的预订。这种情况发生时，您将获得全额退款，但我们不因 "取消预定" 而向您承担任何责任。但是，在合理范围内，我们将尽最大努力确保被我们取消的已确认订单，被安排至规格类似的其他酒店。 

您的预订仅针对酒店的某一类客房，并不保证您在住宿期间可以入住指定客房或同一客房。如果您通过网站上的 "选择您的客房" 功能，指明对特定客房的偏好，我们将在合理范围内尽最大努力来满足您的喜爱。但是，出于酒店经营或安全起见，我们可能需要为您分配其他客房。如果在预订期间我们需要将您转移到其他客房，但其价格低于您预订客房的价格，我们将退还差价。 

8. 损害 

我们有权，且您在此授权我们通过信用卡或借记卡收取相关费用，即您在住宿期间对客房或酒店造成的任何损坏（包括但不限于专业清洁服务）或您离开时遗失的任何物品。 

9. 辅助需求 

根据您的个人需求，我们每家酒店均有提供专门设计的客房。请致电+65 6222 8881与我们工作人员联系，讨论您的特殊要求和适宜客房的可用性，我们将尽力满足您的需求。 

10. 休闲 

住客入住含休闲俱乐部的酒店，在住宿期间均可使用。使用这些设施的条件是您必须遵守俱乐部的相关规定，您可在俱乐部接待处可获取这些规定的文本。使用某些设施可能会被收费，欲知详情请咨询酒店。 

18岁以下的儿童必须始终由成人陪伴，并且可以使用酒店设施直到下午6.00点，周五、周六和周日除外，且仅能光顾单售非酒精饮料的酒吧。出于健康和安全原因，没有成年人陪同的18岁以下儿童不允许光顾酒店的酒吧。

某些情形下，由于日常维护，恶劣天气条件或我们无法控制的其他原因，您可能无法使用相关设施。 我们将尽力使所有酒店住客知悉这些情况，但这些并非总能实现。如果有任何设施是您选择本酒店的重要原因，我们建议您在抵达之前直接与酒店联系。 

11. 停车 

索乐居酒店（Hotel Soloha） 的停车场是一个公共停车场。停车位未被分配或预留，在此住客同意将自行承担进入停车场的相关风险。 若停车场内发生第三方财产或财物遭损坏或损失，索乐居酒店（Hotel Soloha）酒店不承担任何责任。 

12. 酒店活动

再此提醒，一年中的某些时间，我们的某些酒店可能会举办婚礼、活动和派对，可能会使您觉得干扰到了您的休息。请在入住前直接与酒店联系以获取更多信息。 

13. 住客行为 

请住客始终注意行为举止，遵守公司相关的流程和/或要求，尊重酒店财产，酒店员工和住客以及他们的健康和安全。住客有义务不破坏其他住客的舒适和体验，酒店的顺利运营，或对其他住客或酒店工作人员造成伤害。 

若我们有充分理由认为该规定未被遵守，我们保留拒绝您入住或向您提供服务，或将您和相关聚会成员请离酒店的权利。在这种情况下，我们没有义务就您无法住宿，享受其他服务或任何其他损失或费用向您退款。 

14. 禁止吸烟 

住客禁止在客房或公共区域吸烟。 

15. 儿童 

入住酒店的所有儿童（未满16岁的儿童）必须由成人陪同，并且必须始终由成人监护。 我们的大多数酒店均可提供婴儿床和加床服务。但供给有限，且要视情况而定。我们可能会收取额外费用，请在预订时了解详情。 

16. 保姆服务（儿童临时照顾） 

一些酒店提供保姆服务。我们建议您事先进行安排，以免失望。您的合同将直接与保姆中介公司而非与本公司签订。酒店的礼宾服务台将协助您与我们甄选的保姆中介公司安排保姆服务。 

17. 宠物政策 

公司将酌情安排导盲犬的事前安排，除此外，酒店不允许携带宠物。 

18. 个人信息 

电话对话将被随机录音，以帮助我们改善为您提供的服务。我们存储和使用的所有个人信息都遵循我们的隐私政策和Cookie政策，您可向我们索取或在 www.thistle.com/privacy_policy 和 www.thistle.com/cookie_policy 网站上获取相关规定。 

19. 不可抗力 

如果不可抗力或其合理控制之外的任何情况，包括但不限于洪水、地震、极端恶劣的天气条件、自然灾害、上帝的其他行为、恐怖主义行为、电力、煤气、水或其他公用事业服务的火灾或故障、工厂机械、计算机、车辆或建筑结构的任何倒塌，本公司不承担任何责任，也不支付任何赔偿。 

20. 责任范围 

除 "酒店法令" (第127章)、原成文法则：1954年第24号法令(1999年8月1日修订版)或任何其他适用法律规定的以外，本公司将不对留在酒店内的任何财产的损失或损坏负责。 

公司将不对任何间接的、相应的或纯粹的经济损失或任何利润、商誉以及机会的损失(无论是由于公司、其雇员、承包商或代理人的疏忽或其他原因)承担责任。公司的全部责任不得超过根据合同收取的费用的价值。 

21. 准据法和管辖权 

本合同及由此产生的任何非合同义务均受新加坡法律管辖。新加坡拥有专属管辖权来确定与合同有关的任何争议，包括与任何非合同义务有关的争议。每一方不可撤销地放弃它现在或以后可能不得不对在新加坡法院提起的诉讼提出的任何反对意见的权利(理由是新加坡法院不是一个方便的法院或其他)。 

22. 网站信息 

虽然我们已作出一切合理努力，以确保网站资料的准确性，但该公司不承担任何错误或遗漏的责任，并保留修改、取消或更改网站上的任何安排的权利，而毋须另行通知。请注意，在某些情况下，普通照片被用来代表某一特定产品或酒店的一般风格。

 HILLTOP CAPITAL PTE LTD (referred to as “Hotel Soloha”, “we”, “us”, “ours”) are committed to protecting and respecting your personal data privacy and complying with data protection principles and provisions under applicable laws.

We may collect, process, use and disclose your information as a user of  this Site or when you submit a hotel room reservation as described in this Privacy Policy. ‘You’ and ‘your’ when used in this Privacy Policy includes any person who submits a hotel room reservation and/or uses this Site.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis and terms upon which Hotel Soloha collects, processes, uses and/or discloses your information that is obtained from you when you start a hotel reservation and/or use this Site.

Please read this privacy policy carefully. By using our Site or submitting your personal data you are consenting to the collection, processing, usage and disclosure of your Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Scope of Terms

HILLTOP CAPITAL PTE LTD (referred to as “Hotel Soloha”) reserves the right to update, amend or modify the terms of this Privacy Policy or any part of it without prior notice, and your continued access of the Site or use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the updated, amended or modified Privacy Policy, unless if the changes reduce your rights in which case we will ask for your consent. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions in this Privacy Policy and/or any subsequent updates, amendments or modifications thereto, you must stop accessing or otherwise using the Site.

Types of Information

Such information may include personal information relating to or linked to a specific individual such as name, residential address, telephone number, email address, or any such information we have requested and you have provided through the application or this Site. It also includes any personal information you choose to give when corresponding with us by phone or email, participating in user/customer/member surveys or otherwise visiting and interacting with this Site or any other websites we operate, and personal data that you provide to us when you visit the club. We can also combine personal data that you provide to  us with other information we collect about you when you make a reservation through third-party services such as online restaurant-reservation in order to process your requests.

 Cookies are small pieces of data sent from our website and stored in your web browser whilst you are browsing the website. This is to provide you with a good user experience when you browse our Site and allows us to improve its features. Third parties such (such as Adroll) may also place cookies on your browsers for targeted advertising purposes. Cookies identify your browser to our servers, but they do not identify you personally. If you do not want to accept cookies, you can block them by adjusting the settings on your internet browser. You may not be able to use all of the features on our website if you do this.

Opting out of Adroll

IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as traffic data so that data (such as the web pages you request) can be sent to you. 

Storage of Information

The Personal Information and other data we collect from you may be transferred to, processed, and stored in our servers or the servers of our third party services providers. 

Your Personal Information will be stored as long as is necessary to fulfil any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with any (i) contractual requirement that are necessary for the provision of the Services, and (ii) legal, tax or accounting requirement.

When it is no longer necessary for us to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymise the data or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information.

We will endeavour to anonymise or aggregate your data if we intend to use it for analytical purposes or trend analysis. 

Hotel Soloha will use reasonable endeavours to maintain appropriate physical, electronic and organisational procedures to ensure that your Personal Information and other data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and to protect such data against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. 

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Hotel Soloha does not give any representation, warranty or undertaking that the Personal Information you provide to us will be secure at all times, and to the extent Hotel Soloha has fulfilled its obligations under no circumstances shall Hotel Soloha be responsible for any losses, damages, costs and expenses which you may suffer or incur arising from unauthorised access to or use of your Personal Information.

All payment transactions carried out by us or our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services will be encrypted using online encryption technology. You are responsible for keeping your chosen password confidential and not to share your password with any third party. 

Usage of Information

We process the Personal Information collected in as far as necessary for performance of the contract with and providing services to you. Besides, we process the other Personal Information collected on the basis of our legitimate interests, which are the further improvement of the services and for direct marketing purposes.

We may also make use of your Personal Information to personalize your experience as a member, to contact you for feedback, to assist us in improving our services and for all membership-related communications including but not exclusive of events, club notifications, updates, promotions, partner-related information.

Disclosure of Information

We may from time to time share and disclose your Personal Information and other data to third parties, some of whom may be located outside your home country. The circumstances under which such sharing and disclosure will take place may include without limitation, the following:

1)     We may share your information with third parties who deliver or provide goods and services for Hotel Soloha or otherwise act on our behalf.

2)     To our third party service providers (including Google Analytics), which we engage amongst others for the performance of certain services on our behalf, such as web hosting services, data analysis, marketing, market research, and to otherwise provide you with customer service.

3)     If and to the extent required by any applicable law, order of court or requests by any governmental authority to make such disclosure.

4)     Within HILLTOP CAPITAL PTE LTD for marketing or research purposes

5)     In any other case, to any third parties with your prior written consent (and in which case we will make it possible for you to withdraw your consent as easily as it was to provide consent).

Your Personal Information may be transferred outside of your home country and outside of the European Union, for the abovementioned purposes. If such transfer takes place to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, Hotel Soloha will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place. Such safeguards include but are not limited to (i) standard contractual clauses of the European Commission; (ii) the EU-US and Switzerland-US privacy shield; and/or (iii) any other appropriate cross-border transfer mechanisms. 

There may be links present on the Site which could result in you leaving the Site and/or being taken to other third party websites. You should note that any Personal Information that you provide to these third party websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and Hotel Soloha is not liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses which you may suffer or incur in connection with you providing or making available Personal Information or other data to such third party websites.
