以下の契約条件は、当ウェブサイトにおける全ての予約に適応されるものとします。ご予約の際には以下の内容を事前にご確認いただくようお願いいたします。 

当該の法人は、所有するホテルに対する予約、及び代理店としてその他のホテルオーナーの代理として受ける予約に関して、上記の契約条件のもと参画するものとします。また、予約の確定は、ホテルオーナーの責任のもと行われるものとします。 

上記の契約条件に関する用語などについては以下です。 

1. 用語

“当該の法人”ないしは”我々”とは、Hilltop Capital Pte Ltd (UEN201629293E)ないしは、そのグループ会社を指します。オフィスの所在地は、13 North Canal Road, #03-01, Singapore 048826です。 

“予約”とは、宿泊や設備の提供、ないしはその他のサービス、商品の提供に対する予約行為を指します。 

“契約”とは、”予約”及び上記の”契約条件”ないしは、それらに必要な条件のことを指します。 

“ホテル”とは、”予約”がなされた建物を指します。 

“条件”とは上述の契約条件を指す。”ウェブサイト”とは、www.solohahotels.com ないしは、当該法人によって所有、運営される関連施設のウェブサイトを指します。 

“サービス料”とは、付加価値税を指す。“GST”とは、政府による物品サービス税を指します。 

2. 予約

当ホテルでなされる予約は以下の条件に条件に沿うものとします。 

予約あるいはチェックインの時点で、お客様のクレジットカードの情報を取得し、支払いに必要な金額の引き出しを行うことを許可することとします。また、予約の時点で特定の商品やサービスを含む場合などの特定の状況においては、当法人は、事前に料金の全額あるいはデポジットの引き出しを行う権利があるものとします。本章で明示されたクレジットカード情報や支払い情報、デポジットなどが確認されるまであらゆる予約は確定しないものとします。 

3. 料金

ウェブサイト上に明示された価格は、人数や宿泊日数が選択されるまで1人1日あたりの宿泊に対する金額となリます。食事やその他のサービス、それらに伴うサービス料などは追加された場合のみ含まれます。最低宿泊日数、デポジット、キャンセル料、その他の料金、オプションなどは、一定の税率によってなるものとします。ウェブサイト上で人数、宿泊日数などを確定すると、予約情報に合計金額が表示されます。価格は、ホテルの所在地の現地通貨で表示され、交換レートについては参考金額としてのみ利用するものとします。 

サービス料は、その時点の税率、及び予想される商品やサービスに必要な金額を元に表示されるものとします。サービス料は、請求書に記載の課税時期、ないしは予約完了の書類が発行された時点での税率を適用するものとします。なお、実際の税率や商品、サービスの購入時に発生した税率に応じて、サービス料は変更される可能性があります。 

レストランでの食事やルームサービスなどの追加オプションは、当ホテル内に掲示され、要望に応じて利用可能なものとします。 

4. チェックイン/チェックアウトについて 

セキュリティ上の観点、及び贈収賄の発生などを防ぐため、チェックイン時には予約情報とパスポート、運転免許証などの身分証明証、使用するクレジットカードなどの提示を求めることがございます。 

シンガポール国外からのお客様の場合、現行の法律に基づき、パスポートの提示と身分証明証、及び次の到着予定地などの提示が必要となリます。これらの情報は、最低でも12ヶ月間保持され、警察機関などに対して犯罪に対する予防策、防止策を講じるために必要な場合に開示される可能性があリます。上記個人情報は、16歳以上の全てのお客様が対象となり、情報の開示を拒否する場合には宿泊をお断りする場合があります。 

Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 3:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 11:59 PM on the scheduled day of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly with the Hotel. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival. 

On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel. 

お部屋は当ホテルの占有規定(occupancy rules)に基づき管理されます。詳細をご確認になりたい場合は、当該nお法人か当ホテルにお尋ねください。 

5. お支払いに関して 

お支払い方法について、当ホテルでは以下を取り扱っております。クレジットカード(MasterCard/Diners International, Diners Club, JCB International Credit Card, Visa)、デビットカード(Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron) 

前払い金に関しては、ご予約の際に使用されたカードを到着の際にもお持ちいただき、チェックイン時にサービス料、物品サービス料を含む宿泊料をお支払いいただくことが可能です。同時に、その他のクレジットカードや現金、小切手でのデポジットのお支払いをいただくことできます。 

宿泊中は、部屋ごとに発生した費用の計算を当ホテルのシステムを通じて行なっております。チェックイン時にお支払い頂いた費用を超える金額となった場合、自動的に差額分の引き落としを依頼する場合がございます。また、差額の引き落としができない場合、その他の手段による支払いをご依頼する場合があるとともに、お部屋への入室をお断りする可能性がございます。 

チェックアウト時には発生した費用の全額をお支払いいただく必要があります。事前に引き落としを許可頂いた金額に費用が満たない場合、差額はお返しさせていただきます。一方で、返金の場合に口座に入金されるタイミングにつきましては当ホテルでは関知しかねます。 

複数日の宿泊の際に、お支払いいただく必要のある金額が大きくなった場合、滞在中に改めてお声がけさせていただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。 

6.キャンセルポリシー及び予約当日にお客様が現れない(No-Show)場合について 

キャンセルポリシーは、ご予約いただいた際の条件によって異なります。ご予約の際に発行された書類をご確認ください。 

ご予約の確定以降、現地時間で到着日の48時間前までのキャンセル、日程変更についてはキャンセル料は発生いたしません。事前に支払い処理をお済ませの場合は、詳細確認が必要なため、Reservation officeまでご連絡ください。

到着予定日時より48時間以内のキャンセルあるいは、No-Showの場合には、全てのルームタイプで、ご予約いただいたお部屋の１泊分の料金を請求させていただきます。こちらの条件は、返金不可のプランの場合には適用されません。 

“事前支払い”、”早割”などでご予約の場合、宿泊日程に対する全額の事前支払いをお願いいたします。こちらに関しては返金不可、変更不可となっております。事前にお支払いいただく場合は、ご予約の際に登録されたクレジットカード宛に請求させていただきます。キャンセルもしくはお客様が見えない場合にも、同様にお支払いいただく形となります。 

7. 当法人によるご予約の変更及びキャンセルについて

当法人は特殊な事情によってお客様のご予約をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。その場合には全額返金させていただきます。可能な限りで当ホテルの代替案の提示などに努めるものといたします。ただし、このようなキャンセルの場合には、お客様に対して返金以外のいかなる責任、負債も発生しないものとします。 

お客様によるご予約は、当ホテルの1室のみに対する保証であり、特定のお部屋への宿泊や滞在期間中に同室への宿泊を必ずしも保証するものではありません。ウェブサイト上の”お好きなお部屋をお選びください”という機能を用いて特定のお部屋を指定された場合には、可能な限りご要望に沿えるよう尽力いたしますが、一方で、業務運営上の理由、ないしは安全上の理由から代替のお部屋をご用意させていただく場合がございます。万が一、宿泊中のお客様にその時点でご宿泊いただいているお部屋から、より価格の安いお部屋へと移動をお願いする場合はその差額については返金させていただきます。 

8. 損害について 

宿泊中のお部屋、ホテル、及びその設備に対する損害に関しては、その上限なくお客様のクレジットカードに請求を行うことができる権利を有するものといたします。 

9. 特別な要望について 

個別に対応が必要なお客様につきましては、その内容に応じて必要なお部屋をご用意させていただくことが可能です。当ホテル（+65 6222 8881）に必要な事項についてお伝えください。 

10. スポーツクラブについて 

スポーツクラブを備えたホテルにご宿泊のお客様につきましては、滞在期間中のスポーツクラブをご利用いただけます。使用の際には、各スポーツクラブのご利用ルールの遵守をお願いいたします。特定の設備の利用の際には追加料金がかかる場合がございます。詳細についてはご宿泊のホテルにてお尋ねください。 

18歳以下のお客様につきましては、常に成人の方にお付添いただくとともに、金曜日、土曜日、日曜日を除き午後6時以降のご利用はご遠慮ください。なお、安全面、健康面の観点から18歳以下のお客様のみでのバーの利用はご遠慮いただいております。

ホテル内各種設備は、メンテナンス、天候、その他やむを得ない理由により使用できない場合がございます。当ホテルは可能な限り上記の状況が発生している場合お客様への周知に努めますが、いかなる責任も負いかねます。もし、当ホテルの特定の設備などの利用を希望される場合は、到着前に当ホテルに直接お問い合わせいただけますと幸いです。 

11. 駐車場 

当ホテルの駐車場は、公共の駐車場となっております。そのため駐車スペースが満杯になっている可能性もございます。当ホテルは駐車場における損害などに関するあらゆる責任も負いかねます。 

12. ホテルでのイベントの開催について

年間を通して当ホテルではウェディングパーティーなどのイベントを開催しており、お客様の宿泊期間中と重複する場合がございます。詳細をご確認になりたい場合は、ホテルに直接お尋ねいただくようお願いいたします。 

13. お客様の振る舞いについて 

お客様には、滞在期間中の当ホテルの手続きなどへのご協力及び当ホテルの設備、従業員、他の宿泊中のお客様などへの配慮をいただけますようお願いいたします。特に他のお客様、従業員が不快に感じられる行為や、当ホテルの運営にあたって障害となる行為はご遠慮いただきますようお願いいたします。 

上記自体が発生した場合には、当ホテルは当該のお客様及びご一緒にご宿泊いただいているお客様へのサービスの提供を中止する権利を有するものとし、当ホテルは、残りの滞在予定分の費用やそれに伴うサービスの返金、及びそれによってお客様に新たにかかるあらゆるコストに対していかなる責任も負わないものといたします。 

14. 禁煙 

当ホテルの室内及び公共エリアは禁煙となっております。 

15. お子様について 

宿泊中の16歳以下のお客様につきましては、必ず成人の方の付添をお願いいたします。全てのお部屋にて、簡易ベッド、追加のベッドの使用が可能ですが、数に限りがある他、別料金となっております。ご予約の際にご確認いただくようお願い申し上げます。 

16. ベイビーシッターについて 

当グループのいくつかのホテルでは、ベイビーシッターのサービスをご利用いただくことが可能です。事前に利用状況などご確認いただくことをおすすめいたします。なお、当サービスについては、当該の法人ではなく、外部の機関に直接委託する形となります。各ホテルのフロントでは、選定されたベイビーシッターのサービスを提供する機関への連絡をサポートさせていただく形となります。 

17. ペットについて 

お客様の犬の持ち込みについては、各ホテルに事前にご相談いただくようお願いいたします。事前のご相談がない場合には、ペットの持ち込みはご遠慮いただいております。 

18. 個人情報 

当ホテルへのお電話はサービズ向上のため録音させていただいております。個人情報につきましては、www.thistle.com/privacy_policy、www.thistle.com/cookie_policyにてご確認いただけるプライバシーポリシーとクッキーポリシーをご参照ください。 

19. 免責事項について 

当該の法人は、洪水、地震、天候の状況などどの自然災害やテロ、火事、漏電、ガス漏れ、水害、機械設備の故障、建物の損害などによってコントロールできない自体が発生した際の直接的、または間接的な影響によって適切なサービスの提供が難しくなった場合には、いかなる責任も負うことはないとします。 

20. 責任制限条項について 

当該の法人は、the Hotel Acts(Chapter 127), original enactment: Ordinance 24 of 1954 (Revised edition dated 1st August, 1999)及びその関連法で定める事由を除き、当ホテルにおけるいかなる損害に対しても責任を負わない。 

当該の法人は、当該の法人ないしはその従業員、関係企業、代理店などの過失であるかいかなに関わらず、いかなる間接的、結果的、経済的な損失、利益、機会の損失に対しても責任を負わない。当該の法人に対する総合的な負債額は、”契約”上定められた金額を超えないものとします。”契約”に含まれない事項、及びその他の書類で言及されていないことは、当該法人の過失によって起こった死亡事故や怪我、偽証などによって発生する責任を除き、すべて無効とする。 

21. 準拠法及び管轄条項について 

“契約”上の及びその他の事由に発生する義務については、シンガポールの法律に則るものとする。シンガポールは、契約上明示されていない義務に関するトラブルなどを含む問題を解決するための合意管轄条項を保持しています。トラブルに関連している双方は、シンガポールの裁判にて争う必要があります。 

22. ウェブサイト情報 

ウェブサイト上の情報の正確性に対し当該の法人はあらゆる実行可能な手段を持って寄与する一方で、情報の不正確さによって発生したいかなる損害に対しての責任も当該の法人では負いかねます。また、お客様への事前の告知なしに情報の修正や変更を行うことができるものとします。特に、特定の商品やホテルのイメージとして用いられる写真などに関しては必ずしも当ホテルの実際の様子と異なる場合がございます。

当ウェブサイト上の著作権は当該の法人に帰属します。事前の正式な契約なしには、いかなる形のコピー、印刷物の政策、変更なども禁じます。ウェブサイト内で各ホテルの商標として表示されているものは、各ホテルのオーナーに帰属します。外部サイトへのリンクは、利便性を考えて設置しております。当該の法人では、外部サイトのコンテンツなどにおけるいかなる責任も負いかねます。 

当ウェブサイトは、当該の法人によって運営されております。

 HILLTOP CAPITAL PTE LTD (referred to as “Hotel Soloha”, “we”, “us”, “ours”) are committed to protecting and respecting your personal data privacy and complying with data protection principles and provisions under applicable laws.

We may collect, process, use and disclose your information as a user of  this Site or when you submit a hotel room reservation as described in this Privacy Policy. ‘You’ and ‘your’ when used in this Privacy Policy includes any person who submits a hotel room reservation and/or uses this Site.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis and terms upon which Hotel Soloha collects, processes, uses and/or discloses your information that is obtained from you when you start a hotel reservation and/or use this Site.

Scope of Terms

HILLTOP CAPITAL PTE LTD (referred to as “Hotel Soloha”) reserves the right to update, amend or modify the terms of this Privacy Policy or any part of it without prior notice, and your continued access of the Site or use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the updated, amended or modified Privacy Policy, unless if the changes reduce your rights in which case we will ask for your consent. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions in this Privacy Policy and/or any subsequent updates, amendments or modifications thereto, you must stop accessing or otherwise using the Site.

Types of Information

Such information may include personal information relating to or linked to a specific individual such as name, residential address, telephone number, email address, or any such information we have requested and you have provided through the application or this Site. It also includes any personal information you choose to give when corresponding with us by phone or email, participating in user/customer/member surveys or otherwise visiting and interacting with this Site or any other websites we operate, and personal data that you provide to us when you visit the club. We can also combine personal data that you provide to  us with other information we collect about you when you make a reservation through third-party services such as online restaurant-reservation in order to process your requests.

 Cookies are small pieces of data sent from our website and stored in your web browser whilst you are browsing the website. This is to provide you with a good user experience when you browse our Site and allows us to improve its features. Third parties such (such as Adroll) may also place cookies on your browsers for targeted advertising purposes. Cookies identify your browser to our servers, but they do not identify you personally. If you do not want to accept cookies, you can block them by adjusting the settings on your internet browser. You may not be able to use all of the features on our website if you do this.

Hotel Soloha will use reasonable endeavours to maintain appropriate physical, electronic and organisational procedures to ensure that your Personal Information and other data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and to protect such data against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. 

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Hotel Soloha does not give any representation, warranty or undertaking that the Personal Information you provide to us will be secure at all times, and to the extent Hotel Soloha has fulfilled its obligations under no circumstances shall Hotel Soloha be responsible for any losses, damages, costs and expenses which you may suffer or incur arising from unauthorised access to or use of your Personal Information.

All payment transactions carried out by us or our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services will be encrypted using online encryption technology. You are responsible for keeping your chosen password confidential and not to share your password with any third party. 

Usage of Information

We process the Personal Information collected in as far as necessary for performance of the contract with and providing services to you. Besides, we process the other Personal Information collected on the basis of our legitimate interests, which are the further improvement of the services and for direct marketing purposes.

We may also make use of your Personal Information to personalize your experience as a member, to contact you for feedback, to assist us in improving our services and for all membership-related communications including but not exclusive of events, club notifications, updates, promotions, partner-related information.

Disclosure of Information

We may from time to time share and disclose your Personal Information and other data to third parties, some of whom may be located outside your home country. The circumstances under which such sharing and disclosure will take place may include without limitation, the following:

1)     We may share your information with third parties who deliver or provide goods and services for Hotel Soloha or otherwise act on our behalf.

2)     To our third party service providers (including Google Analytics), which we engage amongst others for the performance of certain services on our behalf, such as web hosting services, data analysis, marketing, market research, and to otherwise provide you with customer service.

3)     If and to the extent required by any applicable law, order of court or requests by any governmental authority to make such disclosure.

4)     Within HILLTOP CAPITAL PTE LTD for marketing or research purposes

5)     In any other case, to any third parties with your prior written consent (and in which case we will make it possible for you to withdraw your consent as easily as it was to provide consent).

Your Personal Information may be transferred outside of your home country and outside of the European Union, for the abovementioned purposes. If such transfer takes place to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, Hotel Soloha will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place. Such safeguards include but are not limited to (i) standard contractual clauses of the European Commission; (ii) the EU-US and Switzerland-US privacy shield; and/or (iii) any other appropriate cross-border transfer mechanisms. 

There may be links present on the Site which could result in you leaving the Site and/or being taken to other third party websites. You should note that any Personal Information that you provide to these third party websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and Hotel Soloha is not liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses which you may suffer or incur in connection with you providing or making available Personal Information or other data to such third party websites.
